(6 members = $420.00, 4 members = $280.00, 2 members = $140.00). The entry form and fee must be postmarked by midnight by April 25, 2010. After this date please include a $10 late fee. Once the entry fee has been received by the B.A.S.S. Federation Nation of Virginia, it is non refundable.
Note: Any team which has not registered in person or by telephone by 1:00 PM May 14, 2010 for the team championship will be disqualified from the tournament. No exceptions.
A COPY OF EACH BOAT OWNERS INSURANCE MUST ACCOMPANY ENTRY FORM AND FEE. This includes the alternate boat.
Anyone fishing the Team Championship must be on the state membership roster no later than 2-1-2010.

Team Registration
All team captains must register their teams at the Best Western or by phone with a tournament official no later than 1 p.m. on Friday, May 14, 2010. In case of an emergency, any team member may register their team by telephone at the tournament headquarters. If you do not reach a tournament official, be sure to leave a message on their voice mail or at the front desk. Tournament officials will be staying at the Best Western on the Lake, Clarksville, VA.
Any team that has not registered in person or by telephone by 1 p.m. on Friday, May 14, 2010, for the team championship will be disqualified. NO exceptions.

Pairings Meeting: The pairings meeting for the Team Championship will be held Friday, May 14, 2010 at 6:00 pm. The meeting room is located at the Community Center in Clarksville, Va.
All teams’ members must be present.
Note: We recommend that all teams bring an alternate boat and an alternate team member in case of an emergency or a breakdown. We do not have the resources to furnish observers.
