(30 members= $2100,  20 members=$1400,  10 members= $700, )  The entry form and fee must be postmarked by midnight by October 10, 2009.   Once the entry fee has been received by the B.A.S.S. Federation Nation of Virginia, it is non refundable. 

 

Note:  BOAT CHECKS will be the morning of blastoff. -- All teams must check in with Pam Bryant by phone at 434-432-1053 on Thursday or 276-634-6039 cell on Friday or in person  by 12:00 on Friday October 23, 2009 .  Pam Bryant will be registering teams on Thursday, October 22, 2009, CALL HOUSE from 7:00AM until 9:00pm and Friday, October 23, 2009, CALL CELL from 6:00 am to 12:00pm.   Friday, October 23, 2009, at 12:00.  ALL TEAMS MUST BE REGISTERED WITH HER.

 

A COPY OF EACH BOAT OWNERS INSURANCE POLICY MUST ACCOMPANY ENTRY FORM AND FEE.  This includes any alternate boats.  Anyone fishing the Fall Classic must be on the B.A.S.S. Federation Nation of Virginia membership roster no later than 7-31-2009 and have participated in 50% of all region events.

Team Registration

All teams must call Pam Bryant on cell 276-634-6039 or register in person.  Any team that has not registered in person or by telephone by 12 p.m. on Friday, October 23, 2009 will be disqualified.  NO exceptions.

Boat Inspections:  Each morning before blastoff.

 

Pairings Meeting:  .The pairings meeting will be held at the Community Center at 5 p.m.  All teams’ members must be present.  Note: We recommend that all teams bring an alternate boat and an alternate team member in case of an emergency or a breakdown. 

 

Please furnish a copy of this information sheet to each team member.
